We're iJobs. Founded in 2007.

We're still the newer kid on the block.

So if you haven't heard of us before,
we're not surprised.

We are however gaining ground and public awareness. Our teams are hard at work in local communities throughout the US. We're taking more jobs to more jobshoppers daily.

We work harder and take our business (and yours) very seriously.

What we do.

We take jobs to jobshoppers for our employers.

We use a variety of methods, channels and networks to
reach the jobshoppers most appropriate to the career opportunities being presented in those jobs.

We also work with our employers to craft the most effective HR marketing campaigns we can. We want to make sure our efforts yield the desired outcomes for our employers.

And if we fail. We will refund their money!

Most of our business is dedicated to providing free services to both jobshoppers and employers.
We never charge jobshoppers for our services.

Well. At this point you might expect us to use buzzwords like friendly, attentive, innovative, enterprising, inventive, tenacious--even scrappy.

Of course those words do describe us. But the real reason we're better is because we work harder to be better. We want to be the best at what we do. We work harder (and smarter) to get there. We learn and improve because we're learning by doing. We also are better because our customers and our competition makes us better!
